Privacy Policy
First Class Airport Transport LLC (“First Class,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides chauffeured ground transportation in Wisconsin and the surrounding region. This policy explains what personal information we collect through firstclassairporttransport.com, by phone and email, and in the course of providing rides; how we use and share it; how long we keep it; and the choices you have.
If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the website or book a ride with us.
1. Information You Give Us
- Quote and contact requests. The form on this site asks for your first name, last name, phone number and email address, and gives you an optional message field. Everything you type there is sent to our dispatch inbox by email.
- Reservation details. Pickup and drop-off addresses, date and time, passenger count, luggage, flight number and airline, child-seat needs, accessibility needs, and any special instructions you choose to share.
- Payment information. Card details are collected and processed by our reservation provider, Moovs. We do not receive or store full card numbers on our own servers.
- Communications. Emails, text messages and notes from phone calls relating to quotes, reservations, and support.
- Corporate account information. For business clients, the billing contact, company name and any cost-centre reference you ask us to record.
2. Information Collected Automatically
- Server and submission data. Our web host records standard access logs. When you submit the contact form, the notification we receive includes the date and time, the page you submitted from, and the IP address the submission came from. We use this to prevent automated abuse of the form and to understand which pages generate enquiries.
- Analytics and cookies. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. These set cookies and similar identifiers that tell us, in aggregate, how many people visit, which pages they read, which buttons they use, and roughly where in the world they are. We also record when a visitor submits the quote form or taps a phone or email link, so we can tell which pages actually produce enquiries.
- What we do not collect this way. We do not use analytics to identify you personally, and we do not track you across unrelated websites for advertising.
3. How We Use Information
- To prepare quotes and to confirm, schedule and perform your trip.
- To monitor inbound flights and adjust pickup times to actual arrival.
- To contact you about a reservation — by phone, email or text — including dispatch updates, chauffeur arrival, and changes you request.
- To take payment and issue receipts and invoices.
- To answer questions and resolve problems.
- To keep records required for tax, insurance, licensing and safety purposes.
- To protect the website and our inbox from spam and automated abuse.
- To measure and improve the website, in aggregate.
4. Text Messages and Calls
When you give us a phone number in the quote form, by phone, or at booking, you agree that we may call or text that number about your request and your trip. These are service messages, not marketing. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP or by telling your dispatcher, and we will continue to reach you by phone or email instead.
5. When We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We share it only in these cases:
- Our chauffeurs. The driver assigned to your trip receives the details needed to perform it — name, pickup and drop-off, time, flight, and contact number.
- Service providers. Companies that run parts of our operation on our behalf: Moovs (reservations and payments), our web host and email provider (Hostinger), and Google (analytics). They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
- Affiliate operators. If we arrange a trip outside our own fleet — for example a large group needing more vehicles than we run — we pass the trip details needed to complete it.
- Legal and safety. Where required by law, subpoena or regulator, or where necessary to investigate an incident, defend a claim, or protect the safety of passengers, chauffeurs or the public.
- Business transfer. If the business is sold or reorganised, customer records may transfer with it, subject to this policy.
6. How Long We Keep It
Quote requests that do not become bookings are kept while they may still be useful for following up, and are then deleted. Completed trip and payment records are retained as long as needed for accounting, tax, insurance and licensing purposes, which is generally several years. Website analytics are retained in aggregate according to Google’s retention settings.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted to our mailbox over an authenticated, encrypted connection, and the credentials for that mailbox are not stored in our website’s public files. Payment card data is handled by our payment provider and never reaches our servers. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Choices and Rights
- Access, correction, deletion. You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are required to keep. Email book@firstclassairporttransport.com or call 866-518-2888.
- Cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics on every site by installing Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Do Not Track. Browsers send this signal inconsistently and there is no agreed standard for honouring it, so we do not respond to it.
- State privacy rights. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and others — may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of their personal information, and to appeal a refusal. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. Use the contact details above to make a request; we will verify it against information we already hold, and we will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
9. Children
Our services are booked by adults. The website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. Children of course travel with us — when they do, the booking adult provides the details needed for their safety, such as child-seat requirements. If you believe a child has provided us information directly, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Links to Other Sites
Our booking page embeds the Moovs reservation system, and some pages link to Google. Once you are interacting with a third party, that company’s own privacy policy governs what it collects. We do not control those practices.
11. Where We Operate
We are based in Wisconsin and serve customers in the United States. Information is processed in the United States. If you contact us from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be processed here, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
