Terms of Service
These terms form the agreement between you and First Class Airport Transport LLC (“First Class,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) when you use this website, request a quote, or book chauffeured ground transportation with us. By reserving a trip you accept them on behalf of yourself and everyone travelling in your party.
1. Our Service
We provide pre-arranged, chauffeur-driven ground transportation in late-model luxury SUVs across the Milwaukee metro, Southeastern Wisconsin, and to and from regional airports. We are a pre-arranged carrier: we do not operate as a taxi and do not accept street hails. All trips are booked in advance.
2. Reservations
- Reserve online through our booking system or by phone at 866-518-2888, 24 hours a day.
- A reservation exists only once we confirm it. A submitted quote request or web form is a request, not a booking, until you receive a confirmation from us.
- We recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead. Last-minute requests are accommodated when a vehicle and chauffeur are available.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us — pickup address, time, flight number, passenger and luggage count. Errors in those details can make a trip impossible to perform on time, and changes made at the curb may affect the price.
3. Rates and Quotes
- Your rate is quoted and confirmed before the trip. A confirmed quote is flat and all-inclusive as described at booking: it does not move with traffic, weather, demand or time of day. There is no surge pricing and no per-mile meter.
- Published airport rates are shown as a range on our rates page because the fare depends on how far your pickup sits from the airport. You are always quoted one specific figure before you commit.
- Hourly chauffeur hire is billed at $175 per hour with a 2-hour minimum, charged from the scheduled start time until the chauffeur is released.
- Charges that fall outside a quote — additional stops added during the trip, extended waiting beyond the included time, cleaning or damage, or tolls and parking on a trip not quoted as all-inclusive — are billed separately and explained to you.
- Rates published on this website may change. The rate that governs your trip is the one confirmed in your reservation.
4. Payment
Payment is handled through our reservation provider. We may authorise or hold a card to secure a booking and charge it on completion, or on a schedule agreed for corporate accounts. Gratuity is at your discretion unless a quote states it is included. You are responsible for charges incurred on your reservation, including by other passengers travelling under it.
5. Cancellations, Changes and No-Shows
Cancellation and change terms — including any cancellation window and fee — are presented at the time of booking and stated in your confirmation. Those terms govern your reservation.
- Tell us as early as you can about a change. We will always try to accommodate a new time, address or passenger count.
- If the passenger cannot be located at the pickup point and does not respond to contact from the chauffeur or dispatch, the trip may be recorded as a no-show and charged in full.
- We may cancel a trip we cannot safely or lawfully perform. If we do, you are not charged, and we refund anything already paid for it.
6. Airport Pickups and Waiting Time
We track inbound flights in real time and adjust the pickup to actual arrival, so a delayed or early landing does not change your rate. Meet-and-greet or curbside instructions are confirmed before the trip. Waiting time included with an airport pickup, and the rate for waiting beyond it, are stated at booking. To use flight tracking, give us the airline and flight number when you reserve.
7. Vehicles, Passengers and Luggage
- Our fleet is late-model Cadillac Escalade and GMC Yukon Denali SUVs, seating up to six passengers with luggage. Tell us your headcount and bag count when booking so we assign the right vehicle — or more than one for larger groups.
- We reserve the right to substitute a comparable or better vehicle when operationally necessary.
- Child safety seats are required as Wisconsin and Illinois law provides. Tell us at booking so we can plan; you may also bring your own seat.
- Luggage and personal items travel at your risk. Check the vehicle before you leave it. We will make a reasonable effort to return items left behind but cannot be responsible for lost property.
8. Conduct and Safety
- Seat belts are required for all passengers at all times.
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted in our vehicles.
- Illegal substances, weapons and open containers where prohibited by law are not permitted, and their presence ends the trip immediately with no refund.
- The chauffeur has final authority on safe operation, including seating, luggage, route, and the number of occupants.
- We may refuse or end service where a passenger is abusive, unsafe, or where continuing would breach the law. In those cases the fare remains payable.
- Damage or soiling that takes a vehicle out of service is charged at the reasonable cost of cleaning or repair plus lost bookings.
9. Delays and Events Beyond Our Control
We build buffers into every schedule and monitor conditions, but we cannot guarantee arrival at a specific minute. Weather, traffic, accidents, road closures, security delays, mechanical failure, civil disruption and other events beyond our reasonable control may affect a trip. Where such an event prevents or materially delays performance, our responsibility is limited to rescheduling the trip or refunding the affected fare.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are a licensed and insured ground transportation provider and carry the coverage our operating authority requires. To the fullest extent permitted by Wisconsin law, our total liability arising out of a trip is limited to the amount paid for that trip, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including missed flights, connections, meetings or events, or lost profits — however caused. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Promotions
Promotional code FIRST30 (30% off your first ride) applies to a customer’s first completed ride only, one use per customer or household, cannot be combined with other offers, has no cash value, and must be mentioned at the time of booking. We may modify or withdraw a promotion at any time; a discount already confirmed on a booked trip is honoured.
12. Use of This Website
- The content, wording, photography and design of this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or republished without permission.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit automated or fraudulent form submissions, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
- Prices, drive times and availability shown on the site are indicative and may change. Nothing on the site is an offer capable of acceptance until we confirm a reservation.
- Online reservations are handled by a third-party system. Your use of it is also subject to that provider’s terms.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it, and forms part of these terms. By giving us a phone number you agree we may call or text you about your request and your trip.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Waukesha County, Wisconsin, and you and we consent to that venue. Please contact us first — nearly everything is resolved with a phone call.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as our services or the law change. The effective date at the top reflects the current version. The terms that apply to your trip are those in force when your reservation is confirmed.
